Magnolia "Oriental Charm"


An extremely fragrant magnolia for colder climates. Vigorous tree producing creamy white flowers that open in late afternoon and are fragrant throughout the entire yard. Moderate seed fertility.
Bred and selected by Dennis Ledvina (Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA).

Botanical name: Magnolia x "Oriental Charm".
Parentage: M.officinalis x M.obovata.
Habit: upright tree.
Height: 6-8m.
Hardiness: USDA zone 5.
Flowering time: May - June.
