Magnolia "Roseanne"


An exceptionally hardy hybrid by famous American hybridizer Dennis Ledvina (Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA). Flowers have six or seven broad tepals which are rich lavender pink on the outside and a soft pink on the inside. The tepals retain upright form. 
A fertile magnolia that is producing some excellent F2 seedlings.. The foliage is semi-glossy with a rugose texture.

Parentage: M.liliiflora "O’Neill" x M.kobus "Norman Gould".
Habit: upright tree.
Height: 5-7m.
