Selected in Jury Nursery (Tikorangi, New Zealand) where it grew from a rootstock on a plant supplied by Hilliers. Very large flower buds open into huge pale pink flowers to 35 cm diameter. Unfortunately, low hardiness so suitable for milder climates only.
This variety is the parent of many well-known Jury hybrids: "Atlas", "Athene", and others.
